Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using our guitar tuning service.
Terms
GuitarTuner.io is not responsible for any audio input or output generated by users of the tool. Users are responsible for ensuring their device's microphone and speaker settings are appropriate for their environment.
The guitar tuning service is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for accuracy, users should verify tuning results and are responsible for any adjustments made to their instruments.
Audio and Microphone Access
GuitarTuner.io requires microphone access to detect the pitch of your guitar strings. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio data. All audio processing happens locally in your browser.
You may revoke microphone permissions at any time through your browser settings. The tuning functionality will not work without microphone access.
Instrument Safety
Users are responsible for the safe handling of their musical instruments. Over-tightening strings can cause them to break and potentially cause injury. Always tune gradually and be aware of string tension limits.
GuitarTuner.io is not liable for any damage to instruments or injury that may occur during the tuning process.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
GuitarTuner.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
Although most changes are likely to be minor, GuitarTuner.io may change its Terms of Use from time to time, and in GuitarTuner.io's sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to our Terms of Use.
Your continued use of this site after any change in these Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of such change.
